Your impact matters to us We are seeking an exceptional and experienced analyst to become an integral part of our team. As a Digital Analytics Consultant, you play a crucial role in analysing and interpreting data to provide valuable insights, identifying areas for improvement, making recommendations, and prompting pre-emptive/ corrective actions when necessary. You are responsible for managing analytics inputs and outcomes with various business partners, thus ensuring data accuracy and quality. Leveraging on your analytical acumen, you are a change agent and a force to drive our transformation forward. Your responsibilities: Conduct general analysis and provide insightful recommendations to optimise digital strategies and bridge performance gaps. Create informative reports and interactive dashboards to effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with business partners to align analytics objectives and ensure data tracking and tagging strategies are implemented effectively. Develop tagging plans, strategies, and best practices, leveraging on knowledge of website or app architecture to determine optimal tag placement. Conduct thorough testing, validation, monitoring, and maintenance upon tagging implementations, by working closely with developers, business analysts, and users. Utilise native tools or ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools for data enrichment purposes. Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain scorecards to track the success of digital initiatives. Manage change management process, including training & communication, documentation, etc., to facilitate smooth transitions. Demonstrate a strong aptitude for data-driven decision making, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor movements to contribute valuable insights. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including executive committees, UX/UI teams, portfolio managers, business/ product owners, and developers. Serve as analytics & insights thought partner to digital product teams, including UX/UI teams, portfolio managers, business/ product owners. Foster strong partnerships with cross-market peers and stakeholders to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration. Key Proficiencies and Background: Proficiency in analysing both quantitative and qualitative data. Strong storytelling abilities to effectively convey insights and strategies. Familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is essential; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is valuable Knowledge of CRM-based analytics, like marketing, campaigns, and voice of customer (VOC) analytics. Knowledge of marketing & performance analysis tools like Adobe Target, Dynatrace, and various app monitoring platforms. Ability to understand and write complex SQL queries Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate findings backed by data. Requirements: Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree, or Post Graduate Diploma, preferably in Informatics, Statistics, or any relevant field. Proven experience or a track record in data analysis, analytics, or related fields. Experience working with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar tools. Ability to manage clients and stakeholders effectively, presenting findings with strong data support.
