JOB SCOPE

Role : Digital and Marketing Communication Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Function as marketing specialist in planning and driving effective online & offline marketing plans.
  • To plan, develop and execute assigned marketing campaigns / promotions / projects within agreed budget & timeline, including on ground and digital events.
  • To drive the branding and marketing efforts and strategy of the company overall (brand & products).
  • To support & implement digital marketing plans and social media strategies, including media buying ads.
  • Monitor, measure and track all relevant digital platforms performance to ensure effectiveness of the tools used to meet the marketing KPIs and objectives.
  • To run data analysis and gather market intelligence to build strong marketing plans.
  • To uphold company brand across company premium / collateral.
  • To act as the custodian of company owned platforms website, social media, digital signage and other channels.
  • To work closely with Product teams to ensure valid, consistent and accurate contents are published across all related platforms.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Economics, Mass Communications, Business, Arts & Social Science or other related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing in branding and/or advertising & promotion field. Candidate from creative or media agency background is encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in on ground event management, will be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Strong English proficiency. Added advantage if proficient in spoken and written Mandarin.
  • Strong project management skill, logical thinking,
  • Good understanding of sales, CRM, CDP, data management, data analytics and programmatic advertising.
