We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will help plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media channels, and support branding efforts to increase brand awareness and drive growth.
Responsible:
1. Developing and implementing brand management strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
2. Monitoring and analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to inform brand management decisions
3. Managing and monitoring company's online presence, including social media accounts and company's website
4. Conducting research to identify opportunities for brand growth and development
5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure consistency in the company's brand messaging and positioning
6. Developing and maintaining relationships with media outlets and influencers to increase brand visibility
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or related roles
Ability to work independently
Strong communication and writing skills
Proficient in marketing tools (e.g., email marketing software, Google Analytics, social media platforms)
Creative thinking and attention to detail
Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms
Ability to communicate, read and write in
Mandarin, English, Malay
Willing to work at Publika, KL

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
