Client Background:
Our client is a US-based management consulting firm with a peer-to-peer approach to IT optimization and transformation. For Malaysia market, they provide Marketing-As-A-Service (MAAS) for customers focusing on B2B business segment.
Remuneration: Base salary + Contractual Bonus + Mobile Allowance + Miscellaneous Allowance + Medical insurance + staffing outings + Training and development
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support for building and setting up campaigns across a variety of campaign platforms.
- Work with seniors to ensure campaigns are in steady delivery and budget exhaustion is on track.
- Daily monitoring of campaign performance based on defined rules.
- Supports maintenance of the dashboard through regular performance data extraction and loading (keep track and standardize campaign naming, ad naming, UTM).
- Creating entries & uploading screenshots of ads to Airtable to support the maintenance of creatives database to ensure high-level visibility on campaign status.
- Manage the lead flow of Content Syndication Program.
- Supporting other workflow processes related to requests for data, information, and insights (A/B testing, data extraction, download rate).
- Participate in advanced optimization discussions with digital campaign specialists.
- Optimize campaigns and improve work processes to achieve efficiency.
- Ability to translate campaign statistics into insights and suggest a recommendation based on the insights.
Job Requirements:
- Up to 1-year relevant work experience, or equivalent education
- Must have some exposure to paid ads (LinkedIn/Google/Facebook)
- Passion for numbers, analytics and prefers a structured way of getting things done
- Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite; comfort working in Excel
- Able to consistently meet deadlines and problem-solve with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated interest in continued skills development, especially around digital marketing, data analytics, and technology tools
- Strong interest in researching and learning new skills and digital systems
- Prior experience or certifications in digital advertising is a strong advantage.
