Join Roche, where every voice matters.The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center in Malaysia. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design. We are currently building out a new group to partner with the Digital Content & Services Lab. The Lab is responsible for content production and campaign execution within our pharmaceutical division. It was created to answer the need from the countries and global teams to deliver high quality content continuously - at scale and speed - while enabling efficiencies.Your Opportunity:
The Digital Campaign Coordinator is a technically-qualified person (expert) that strives to achieve business objectives by managing on time delivery of digital campaigns to our customers. The Digital Campaign Coordinator works with cross functional marketing teams by owning the on time campaign delivery end-to-end, consulting them on utilizing our digital tools and campaign best practices. The Digital Campaign Coordinator combines expert skills in a number of specialties, including content, digital production, project management, all to support our business teams in achieving their goals and meeting their KPIs. In this position you will be focusing on:Acting as the main point of contact between the Lab service teams and internal business teams, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective communication;Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, understanding their needs, and aligning the Lab services to meet their objectives;Interacting and collaborating with cross functional teams to set up and own the timely execution of a campaigns across multiple channels and platforms;Preparing regular activity reports and respond to more complex questions from cross functional team;Working individually and with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning project tasks and responsibilities; tracking all to ensure on time completion; confirming KPI tracking and enable readouts and recommendations;Providing in-depth specialist knowledge and may coach team members and other colleagues, and help others develop expertise/skillsWho you are:You have 5+ years experience in a digital campaign management or project management role, and used to agile ways of working (experience in Pharma or other regulated industries is a nice to have).You are fluent in English and be able to work in a fast-paced, international environment (past experience working directly with the Australian market is a bonus).You are highly organised and meticulous, with a creative thinking mindset, and able to proactively take actions to recommend and support improving content and campaign performance.You have competent handling of CMS, digital publishing and other platforms, with good understanding of campaign metrics.You are able to create, maintain and manage well-functioning relationships with internal stakeholders, the wider Lab team and other 3rd party providers (like creative agencies).In exchange we provide you with:Development opportunities: Roche is rich in learning resources.
