Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design The Digital Campaign Coordinator is a technically-qualified person (expert) that strives to achieve business objectives by managing on time delivery of digital campaigns to our customers. The Digital Campaign Coordinatorsupports marketing stakeholders by consulting them on how to further advance their digital campaigns and ensure our digital tools and best practices are being leveraged. The Digital Campaign Coordinator is expert in all aspects of digital project management, content management and publishing across different platforms and is able to build out reporting metrics that supports the business in continuing their growth to meet KPIs and objectives. We are looking for upbeat, dynamic individuals who are highly involved and passionate about digital campaigns and willing to learn more about Campaign Management. As a Coordinator you are a person who enjoys team work and is familiar with paid campaigns. You will be part of our Digital Campaign team and would be responsible for publishing and managing paid content online. You will be at the forefront of our communication and the work you\'ll do will directly impact the way our followers will interact with our brand. As a qualified expert, you: Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and campaigns to optimize the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness and improve customer satisfaction Managing campaigns in a way that supports other digital channels\' initiatives and ensures a cohesive and enjoyable experience for the customer. Actively supporting the development of new digital strategic plans that contributes to achieving Roche objectives Understanding the business partner\'s preferences, identifying the unmet needs, suggesting new digital tactics and opportunities for the business partner to reach program goals Facilitate campaign management tasks:creating and maintaining content release schedule, distribute assignments to the broader Lab team and to stakeholders track completion Monitor compliance related tasks for campaign components Confirm KPI tracking and enable readouts throughout Collaborate with The Lab creative and production teams Partner with The Lab engagement team 5+ years experience in a digital campaign management including campaign implementation & optimisation and analytics reporting 5+ years experience in an integrated marketing project management role 3+ years overseeing marketing programs and projects from ideation to launch, with metrics to support success. Experience in cross-channel campaigns and individual deliverables (i.e. email, social, display, websites, video, radio, and print) Competent handling of CMS, digital publishing and other platforms Creative thinking, the mindset and skills to tackle any problem the job might throw at you Ability to create and maintain well-functioning relationships with internal stakeholders and other 3rd party providers Language skills: English (business fluent) Experience in Pharma or other regulated industries is a nice to have Development opportunities: Roche is rich in learning resources.
