JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: What you will do Responsible for managing end to end (lifecycle) programmatic digital advertising operations deliverables including technical support for ad unit and activation required. Ensure that online campaigns are executed as planned and monitor campaign performance. Post campaign and operational reports are part of the deliverables. In addition, advertising operational knowledge such as inventory management (forecasting & booking) and collaborating with client\'s sales team is essential. Campaign setup, ad tech partner testing and monitoring and reporting Review creative provided and verify campaign details in booking form to ensure they are complete Review ad units and verify new ad format testing and implementation across Astro Group Set up campaigns as per requirement using ad delivery platform in use Proof of campaign status with screenshots (if applicable) Campaign health monitoring on the ad delivery pacing and settings Monitor the ad network/programmatic performance Monitor the ad unit performance Monitor programmatic revenue and campaign performance optimization to ensure the performance is deliver at it best Prepare end campaign ad delivery report Prepare weekly and monthly revenue/progress report Request Management Acknowledge and respond to client\'s service request Receive and log requests in the Request Tracking Tool Perform trouble-shooting and escalation until incident resolution Project Management New digital ad product testing support with ad tech vendor in the market. Audience data tagging Ad script tagging Who you are Hands on and deep knowledge on online advertising operations of programmatic ecosystem Strong analytical skill with numbers Possess business thinking to interpret campaign performance and yield optimization Experience and exposure with local media and advertising industry programmatic activities Basic skills in HTML, Javascript would be preferred Fluency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) DMP (Data Management Platform) experience is required Shows great understanding of digital advertising ad products and measurement metrics Attention to detail Good presentation and communication skills Must be able to operate effectively in a fast paced, dynamic, ever evolving space where technologies and methodologies of measurement change often and rapidly REQUIREMENTS:
