The role will execute country specific business strategies and drive growth, plan quarterly and annual objectives, and provide feedback during country business reviews.The responsibilities include promoting and delivering self-serve solution services to country teams and collaborating with key stakeholders across Self Serve business, Country teams, Product, Marketing & CRM, and other relevant stakeholders to devise effective advertising solutions for widespread merchant adoption.An ideal candidate will embody a customer-first mindset, relishing in relationship-building and partnership development. They must excel at simplifying complex concepts into actionable steps, possess a keen eye for detail, and thrive in problem-solving and collaborative environments.   • You will be responsible for advertisers acquisition & retention, conducting weekly, monthly and quarterly self-serve operation/ business reviews with country team.
  • You will drive merchants\' success through country engagement and to ensure a smooth work process on MM/MSS. Key stakeholders are:
  • Country PICs
  • Country Sales/AM
  • Country Merchant Engagement (comms team)
  • Regional Marketing & CRM
  • Regional Data Analytics
  • Regional and Country Finance
  • SMB Ads - SMB Platform Specialist
  • SMB Ads - Tiered Service Team
  • SMB Ads - Strategy and Planning
  • You will be a subject matter expert on the GrabAds Self-Serve platform. Able to articulate product positioning, sign-up process, key features, reporting and optimization. Work closely with strategy, sales, marketing and product teams to support a growing advertisers base. Develop country enablement tools and programs:
  • Execute training programs for internal and external users
  • Assist localization
  • Plan and execute training workshop
  • Conduct post-training follow-up and analysis
  • You will understand country specifics, provide business recommendations and suggestions, collaborate with country business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful execution.
  • You will implement projects and programs that support new business opportunities to drive additional business & up-sell opportunities.
Day-to-day Activities:
  • You will execute country advertisers acquisition & retention strategy in collaboration with country stakeholders & regional Marketing & CRM teams.
  • You will implement regional B2B marketing campaigns, track performance, and facilitate best practice sharing to drive continuous improvement and success.
  • You are the country key stakeholders\' engagement, routine business reviews and ensure smooth collaboration.
  • You will identify key partners with country teams, drive merchants\' success through online / offline education programs in both main cities and OTC.
  • You are data driven, metric focused, monitor Self Serve performance report on daily basis and support country team with data access, best practices & business insights.
  • You will provide input for product enhancement and development through merchants feedback collection sessions such as survey, advertiser panel, user group, roundtable etc.
  • You must have team work, collaborate with SMB Strategy & Planning and Customer Success Team to execute programs and projects.
  • You have the operation excellence, follow business processes defined in the Self Serve Handbook and continue to document new experiments and findings to improve workflow and team knowhow.

QualificationsWhat Skills You Will Need
  • You have education: Bachelor\'s Degree required
  • You have work experience: Mature profile with 5+ years of experience in sales/ consulting in fast-paced B2B companies in the tech, digital sectors or growth startups. sectors, with international or regional exposure. Advertising preferred, SMB-focused experience is a plus.
  • You have excellent communication & written presentation skills with the ability to transmit across different level stakeholders.
  • You have a sound understanding & experience of the Ads Ecosystem both Online & Offline.
  • You are process-driven business approach with a passion to enable business teams to drive business improvements focused on demonstrable impact. Experience leveraging sales enablement tools (CRM, Content, Marketing Automation, etc).
  • You are a Team Player with the ability to work across a matrix environment in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • You are an ambitious, self-driven, and highly motivated individual who can work well in a startup environment. Should have a deep desire to excel and develop a career in a fast-growing tech company.
  • You should have demonstrated integrity and respect in the performance of their duties.
  • You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights. Proficient in using data analysis tools and software, and have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy.
  • You possess critical thinking skills to translate these insights into actionable recommendations for the business.
