Partner with the best As a Digital Consultant, you\'ll responsible for taking direct support cases from users. Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to our customers\' individual needs. As a Digital Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Driving customer communication during critical events and lead retrospective meetings.
• Driving projects that improve support-related processes and our customers\xe2\x80\x99 technical support experience with minimal guidance.
• Collaborating with cross functional stakeholders. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:

• Have completed Bachelor studies in Computer Science or similar, with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience.
• Have a good knowledge on Microsoft .NET development using VB.Net & C#, front-end web development using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.
• Have a good understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, as well as relational database design and querying concepts.
• Have an exposure in using SQL and ORACLE.
• Able to have a good verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
• Have familiarity with basic data management concepts and data handling issues surrounding variable data frequencies across broad subjects.
• Be able to have a desire to learn Oil & Gas Core Competencies, specifically Digital Oil Field.
• Have an exposure to JS libraries such as Highcharts and KendoUI.
• Have familiarity with agile development and DevOps methodologies.
