Job Description


As the Brand Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated content strategy that aligns with the company\'s marketing objectives and enhances the consumer journey in the digital commerce landscape. This includes overseeing content creation, managing relationships with agencies and platforms, and measuring campaign performance to drive cost-effective results.

  • Develop and execute an overall and integrated content strategy for the consumer journey in the digital commerce landscape.
  • Lead the planning, designing, creation, editing, and publishing of relevant content aligned with the company\'s marketing and business objectives.
  • Guide content agencies and third-party platforms to ensure the delivery of platform-specific content across various touchpoints (social media, e-commerce, website, CRM, etc.).
  • Collaborate across functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan that meets business objectives at the lowest possible cost.
  • Manage a team of internal content specialists and designers, conceptualizing and delivering adapted and transcreated content suitable for the digital commerce landscape.

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand content/SEO development within the digital marketing/e-commerce domain.
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX), information architecture, and content structures.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills to effectively demonstrate the effectiveness of digital content marketing.
  • Experience in SEO, keywords optimization, and product description on e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of digital ecosystems and brand communications within the e-commerce landscape.
  • Proven track record of creating compelling content for the web and growing social audiences.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple stakeholders\' needs and deliver engagement-focused results.
