• Excellent communication and people skills, fluent in Mandarin. Candidates fluent in Mandarin were preferred as the role required candidates to apply Mandarin in XHS social media.
• Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communication, journalism, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.High level proficiency in both Mandarin and English writing is essential.
• Creative and able to generate own ideas.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and developments.
• Strong digital media skills and familiarity with various updated designing/video tools.
• Good learner, self-motivated, positive mindset, and responsible.
• Strong attention to detail, able to multi-task projects and manage own schedule according to assigned deadlines.
• Possess own transportation. Willing to travel, when required.

Tanggungjawab

• Involve actively in ideation, creative strategy, brainstorming, and research of materials for content development.
• Produce creative and engaging content for social media such as Instagram, Facebook, XHS and other relevant platforms that effectively drives results in increasing engagement with our audiences.
• Writing, reviewing, editing, designing, and updating content for company system, websites, and blogs.
• Create inspirational, informative, and engaging content related to ecommerce live selling.
• Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with the brand and product/service direction.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies and practices and ensure the content, advertising & promotion plan are abreast to market needs and change.
