Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Design, or related fields.
• Proven experience in content creation, especially for social media and e-commerce platforms.
• Proficient in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, VN, etc.).
• Strong writing skills in English and/or other languages relevant to the target market.
• Creative thinker with strong storytelling skills and an eye for aesthetics.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop and create visually compelling content (photos, videos, graphics, and copy) for use across social media, website, product pages, email marketing, and online ads
• Plan and execute product shoots, unboxing videos, tutorials, behind-the-scenes content, and lifestyle content to highlight product features and benefits.
• Write clear and persuasive product descriptions, social media captions, and promotional copy.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and e-commerce teams to support campaign launches, sales events, and new arrivals.
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools, report on results, and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on the latest e-commerce and digital content trends to keep our brand relevant and competitive.
