Job Overview:
As a Designer cum Digital Planner, you will play a pivotal role in our marketing and design team, combining your creative design skills with digital marketing expertise. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing digital assets, while also strategizing and implementing digital marketing campaigns. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset to effectively promote our brand and products through various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and Creative Content Creation

• Develop visually engaging digital assets for online marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, website banners and digital advertisements.
• Maintain brand consistency and quality across all design work.
• Digital Marketing Strategy

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Research and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform digital marketing plans.
• Identify target audiences and segment them for personalized marketing efforts.

Social Media Management

• Oversee and execute social media marketing campaigns, including content scheduling, community engagement and performance tracking.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to maximize engagement and reach.
