We are looking for someone with:

Degree in Graphic Design

At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in design industry

Life insurance/ financial services experience will be an advantage

Experience in Microsoft Windows environment and trouble shooting skills

Experience in iOS application environment will be an added advantage

Knowledge in Windows operating systems and web base applications

Knowledge in all browsers, antivirus, firewall etc settings

Knowledge in iOS will be an added advantage

Able to communicate and written in English, Mandarin and Malay

On the job you will:

Promotional Collaterals/Material including teasers, flyers, posters, videos, buntings, cards

Premium Items including visual and messaging

Logos for campaign, event

Newsletter

Recognition Materials including certificates, posters, trophies

Daily uploading of communication materials to CAO Channel such as circular, promo teasers, videos, photos, announcements

Planning for CEO and CAO message, monthly including sales push, campaign highlights, greetings, good news, etc.

Scheduled housekeeping of CAO Channel

Propose and write a story board/content

Conduct physical shooting

Handle post-editing and final posting

Maintain and upkeep the studio and hardware/equipment

Ensure studio cleanliness and usability

Manage studio rental and bookings. Logbook to kept records.
