Qualifications
Account management, client relationship management, and customer service skills
Experience in project management, including planning, executing, and overseeing projects
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of digital marketing and video production processes
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency in using CRM software and project management tools
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
