About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and strategic
CRM professional
to lead our customer engagement and retention initiatives. This role requires a data-driven individual who thrives on optimizing customer journeys and driving measurable results through advanced CRM tools and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement CRM strategies using various tools (e.g., Fast Track, BI, AI) to meet stakeholder objectives.
Monitor, review, and optimize CRM campaign performance to ensure maximum impact.
Analyze
market trends, player behavior, and customer journeys
to shape data-informed strategies.
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
to align CRM efforts with overall business goals.
Lead and mentor the CRM team to ensure effective execution and goal achievement.
Prepare
performance and insight reports
, comparing outcomes against business objectives.
Promote
knowledge-sharing and documentation
to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
QualificationsMust-Haves:
Bachelor's Degree or higher
in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin
(spoken, written, and reading).
Minimum
2 years' experience
managing customer lifecycle and retention strategies--from new to high-value customers.
Proficient in
CRM systems
and experienced in
designing and optimizing customer journeys

Strong analytical skills with the ability to
plan, prioritize, and troubleshoot
effectively.
At least
2 years' leadership experience
, with a proven track record in team development and performance management.
