As a Digital Curriculum Intern, you will help design and enhance engaging learning materials, turning ideas into interactive course decks that directly support learners and trainers. Beyond curriculum design, you will gain direct exposure to on-the-ground impact by engaging with diverse underserved communities and seeing how your work creates real change.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role you will:

Support in the design and development of curriculum, modules, and training decks. Translate given curriculum structures into well-designed presentations and learner-friendly content. Translate existing/current decks from English to Bahasa Malaysia. Research and integrate current digital trends, tools, and resources into learning materials. Take ownership of tasks, and deliver them efficiently and creatively, with support available when required. Collaborate with team members to align curriculum with organisational goals and audience needs. Assist with feedback collection and improvement of curriculum drafts.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to have:

Currently undergoing an Undergraduate / Graduate Degree programme of a recognised institution in a relevant programme. Aware of current digital and AI trends; AI-related certifications are an added advantage. Skilled in using digital tools, including Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Forms, Classroom) for collaboration, PowerPoint and Canva for creating engaging presentations, and platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or Slack for effective communication and remote teamwork. Comfortable researching and applying new ideas to curriculum work. Able to work independently with minimal monitoring, while also being a good team player. Proficient in English (conversational level) and Bahasa Malaysia.
