Focus on requirements, process optimization, and the rollout of digital initiatives - both enhancements and new solutions.
Support testing, UAT, and go-live readiness while ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
Maintain regular touchpoints with Central and Regional teams to ensure alignment on objectives and progress.
Work closely with key stakeholders and business departments to maintain coordination and projects success.
Support adoption activities for internal teams and dealers to drive usage and understanding of new tools.
Measure impact post-implementation and prepare regular performance and progress reports.
Provide ongoing support for online sales tools, dealer enablement, KPI monitoring, and performance reporting.
Serve as first-line dealer support for online sales tools by triaging issues and coordinating escalations.
Maintain clear documentation for online sales processes and ensure data accuracy and governance.
Provide actionable insights to improve customer engagement and app effectiveness.
Track usage, engagement, and conversion metrics, and produce regular CCR reports with
action plans.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Analytics, Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing, IT, or related disciplines.
Preferably with experience in Marketing / IT system rollouts.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
Excellent analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Power BI / Tableau, Microsoft Dynamics.
