Position: Digital Data Reviewer (Japanese Speaker-Malaysian)

Responsibilities:

The Content Review Associate will implement our clients' Content moderation strategy, monitoring and moderating content to ensure a safe and fun online environment. The role coordinates with internal and external decision makers to support the mission of ensuring a safe and fun environment while providing excellent customer service to cultivate a strong brand presence in the market place.

Working towards creating a positive environment and improve user experience online.

Managing and safeguarding content effectively on digital platforms.

Responding to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy.

Understanding and remaining up-to-date with client policies and guidelines.

Resolving inquires according to defined policies and procedures.

Fulfilling base productivity and quality requirements.

Requirements:

? Must be able to Read, Write & Speak (Japanese Speaker- Malaysian)

? Ability to work on holidays and weekends, including rotational shifts as directed by their team.

? Minimum 1 year of working experience (preferably in a multinational environment)

? Passion for ensuring a world class user support experience.

? Must be willing to work in a 24/7 environment.
