The Digital & E-Commerce Executive will support the Content team in effectively delivering and implementing the digital plans through relevant platforms both owned and external within the marketing communications scope. Responsible for engaging and supporting internal and external stakeholders in building the best use and value of marketing content, online to attract and interact with targeted communities. The goal is to gradually achieve superior guest, diner & customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the content marketing roadmap.
What will I be doing?
As the Digital & Ecommerce Executive, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
1) Responsible for day-to-day content management of all hotels\xe2\x80\x99 owned platforms (brand.com & microsites) and third party channels and emerging platforms
2) Responsible for the user flow of e-commerce platforms & microsites to provide a seamless user experience, especially content & click-thru journey
3) Support Content & Digital Manager in content development for all digital marketing, campaigns and key initiatives using HW brand portals and internal platforms (e.g. Hilton Social Hub, markIT)
4) Curate & compile content to support the National Marketing Office\xe2\x80\x99s campaign communications (ie. Email Marketing Channels, Dining Partners, Loyalty Programs)
5) Provide support in understanding customer review trends and recommend action plans to improve service level and recovery, due diligence to audit content to ensure relevancy
6) Responsible for all content & content scores published on online channels (across Brand.com EN and Local Language sites, OTA sites, and 3rd party Sites for Malaysia cluster of hotels)
7) Work closely with Marketing Services team for prompt delivery of project and/or campaign marketing assets
8) Provide support in digital campaigns, e-commerce initiatives and emerging digital innovations
9) Drive Campaigns through all owned channels.
10) Stay on trend to ensure best in class web assets for all owned platforms.
