As a Digital Engagement & Operations Executive, you are responsible to analyze and understand customers' (users) requirements and develop test scripts for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Make an Impact by:

• Collect the requirements from users on order processing capabilities.
• Perform UAT based on the signed-off test scripts.
• Maintain record of all testing results of assigned UAT projects.
• Track and monitor errors encountered during UAT and ensure they are resolved before implementation into Production.
• Track and monitor the progress of the assigned UAT projects and ensure they are completed on time.
• Assist in enquiries from customers on the assigned UAT or ECOM order processing.
• Develop user procedure of assigned UAT for customers' reference.
• To participate fully in the team, taking part in regular team meetings and buzz sessions, giving feedback and ideas to colleagues and the Team Leaders.
• Work closely with team members and leaders at all times to achieve optimum efficiency and productivity.

Skills for Success:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Business Admin or equivalent course.
• Minimum 2 years hands on processing experience.
• Exeperience in test scripting and perform UAT would be highly required.
• Familiarize in call center environment is desirable.
• Possesses analytical skills in understanding & interpreting user requirements into UAT scenarios & expected results.
• Knowledge in some computer programming (e.g. SQL) will be an advantage.
• Computer literacy in MS Office, MSC Excel and Power Point.
• Ability to perform in a fast paced environment & work well under pressure.
• Great flexibility to undertake any other tasks assigned from time to time.
