We are looking for self-motivated individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive, friendly demeanour.
• Resilience and the ability to handle rejection professionally, maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Multilingual capability i.e. Mandarin & English
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Engage potential customers from leads or databases through phone calls, emails, chats, or social media platforms, utilizing cutting-edge digital tools and technologies.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.

Benefits

• Remuneration package:
• Basic: RM3000 - RM5000 ((Based on experienced and performance during interview with open negotiable)
• Commission
• Working hour:
• 9:00AM - 6:00PM
• 5 working days weekly
• Working location:
• Vertical Business Suite Avenue 3, Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur.
• Nearby Kerinchi station (within 5 minute walking distance)
