Job Description


Scope of Role

  • Managing performance-oriented campaign channels, ensuring good performance and the ability to deploy and set up ads on all channels. Effectively controlling campaigns based on performance goals.
  • Planning and monitoring the execution of all performance advertising campaign activities (mobile apps and websites) across various display advertising channels, affiliate marketing, and media outlets.
  • Managing the setup of both performance and branding advertising campaigns on channels such as Facebook ads, Google Adwords, Adnetwork, CPD, Social media, TVC, OOH.
  • Working within the given budget and achieving committed KPI targets, optimizing the Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) to an optimal level.
  • Managing and communicating with multiple suppliers and third parties to achieve set KPI goals.
  • Measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and evaluating them against objectives (ROI & KPI).
  • Identifying trends and detailed information while optimizing spending and performance based on this data.
  • Demonstrating strong analytical skills and evaluating the effectiveness of user Acquisition campaigns from multiple channels.
  • Monitoring anti-fraud reports in advertising campaigns and coordinating actions with third parties to monitor and minimize fraud in digital marketing campaigns.
  • Planning and creating small-scale A-B test campaigns to optimize advertising campaign performance.
  • Recommending new digital channels with the potential to Effectively attract new users.
Requirements

Key activities
  • Preferably candidates with at least 2 years of experience in the field of Digital Performance, particularly in implementing performance campaigns in e-commerce, cryptocurrency, online travel, mobile gaming, etc.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms like Facebook ads, Google ads, Twitter ads, Tiktok ads, and other display networks.
  • Experience in Managing conversion-focused advertising campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of in-app advertising and optimizing App Store (ASO) and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Experience in measuring and tracking integrated platforms (for mobile apps and websites) with third parties (e.g., Google, Facebook, Sizmek, Appsflyer).
  • Understanding and creativity in Identifying target audiences and creating digital campaigns that attract the most users.
  • Strong understanding of mobile device allocation tools (e.g., Appsflyer).
  • Basic knowledge of mobile app fraud detection methods and monitoring tools (e.g., Appsflyer Protect 360).
  • Basic knowledge of setting up and optimizing Google Analytics, Tag Manager goals and events.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Similarweb, Ahref, Semrush, Google Data Studio, Power Bi.
  • strong analytical skills and Data-driven thinking.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Ability to create meaningful reports using tools like Google Data Studio and Power Bi is A plus.
  • Experience in handling and negotiating advertising purchases with third parties is an advantage.
  • Basic English communication skills or above.
  • Chinese speaking candidates would be added advantage
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Confident communication, good teamwork, enthusiasm for work, and A willingness to learn and innovate.
