Job Description

: The Risk & Compliance Officer will work with key stakeholders to coordinate the Risk & Opportunities Framework and all compliance obligations for all Digital & IM APAC. They will ensure alignment with Airbus risk management strategies & practices and will ensure fit for purpose policies, procedures and practices support a positive and compliant risk management culture with D&IM. The Risk & Compliance Officer will monitor D&IM\xe2\x80\x99s audits and support BRM\xe2\x80\x99s, Domain Leads & APAC entities with compliance matters.
- Progress the development and implementation of risk and compliance programs within D&IM APAC - Provide specialized risk management advice & support - Ensure all risks are captured, monitored and regularly reviewed in the enterprise risk management system. - Work with risk and compliance owners to develop, monitor and report on controls to manage risk and compliance - Provide guidance on risk identification, assessment, management and mitigation Support stakeholders with audits, ensuring the coordination & facilitation of D&IM responses - Facilitate capability development and the building of a risk and compliance culture - Support the BRM\xe2\x80\x99s with evolving D&IM compliance requirements of each APAC entity - Upkeep and live Airbus Values, Leadership Model and Code of Conduct to be the exemplary to others and to promote and increase the awareness of Airbus Values, Leadership Models and Code Of Conduct. - Carry out any other task as directed by the superior Education : Degree in IT, Business or related field Experience: 5-10 years in IT, Risk Management Information & Knowledge Management, IT/Business Change Management, Export Control Basics Skills :
- Demonstrated experience in the fields of risk, compliance or assurance - Relevant qualifications in management, risk management, auditing, governance or in a relevant field is preferable - Have a good understanding of risk and compliance management processes - Have a proactive approach towards achieving outcomes and work efficiently as an individual - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company\xe2\x80\x99s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
