Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and creative

Content Creator/ Digital Marketer

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging live, content and visually appealing designs for our social media platforms and marketing campaigns across our group of companies. This role is based at our headquarters in Bandar Baru Bangi and you must be skilled in content strategy, design execution, and social media engagement to elevate our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Live Streaming:

Plan & Host engaging and professional live sessions on TikTok, Instagram, and etc to showcase products and brand identity. Deliver confident and charismatic on-camera presentations that attract, engage, and influence audiences. Communicate product features, styling tips, and brand values in a clear, persuasive, and relatable manner. Interact with audiences in real time - answering questions, addressing feedback, and creating a positive shopping experience. Maintain professional appearance with company brand standards. Keep up with social media and trends to enhance the impact of live sessions.

2) Content Creation:

Create, develop, design, and execute engaging content for various social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook and Instagram). Shoot and edit video content (interviews, behind-the-scenes, promotional videos) using

CapCut

. Design marketing materials such as posters, brochures, banners, and digital ads using Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop. Collaborate with the sales team to maintain consistent brand identity across all media. Plan, storyboard, and produce creative campaigns for product launches, promotions, and brand awareness. Create visual content tailored to different businesses under the Ezcare Warranty Group of Companies. Stay updated with current design trends, social media algorithms, and content formats. Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication of all scheduled content.

Will be required to travel

for on-site shoots, company events, and content-related activities.

Requirements:

Language:

Fluent in

Malay

and

English

Experience:

Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Business & Administration or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation and graphic design Must know how to

shoot and edit video content using CapCut

. Proficient in

Adobe Illustrator

and

Adobe Photoshop

. Strong portfolio showcasing creativity in both design and social media content. Experience handling multi-brand or multi-business content creation is a strong advantage. Outgoing and personable, able to connect with viewers and represent the brand positively.

Energetic and approachable, creating a welcoming presence on camera.

Must possess own transport and be willing to travel as required.

Excellent creativity, time management, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience in the automotive industry

will be considered an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
