• Bachelor\'s Degree or above in Marketing, Information Technology or relevant field
• 3-5 years of online marketing experience
• Excellent written & verbal communication in English, Nepali, Hausa
• Excellent use of social media platforms & scheduling software
• Familiar with social networking, attracting traffic, advertising & other marketing techniques
• Creative & strategic thinker in the development & implementation of campaigns
• Strong analytical & quantitative skills
• Marketing skills such as writing, creativity & design
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Proactive & self-motivated with the ability to work independently & as part of a team
• Maintain partnerships with media agencies & vendors

Tanggungjawab

• Develop & execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for pre-launch, launch & post-launch campaigns for the clients\' products & services
• Plan and execute events, partnerships & influencer collaborations to increase brand awareness & user acquisition for all digital platforms
• Thinks creatively & analytically whilst creating engaging content on social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram Reels, Tiktok, Discord, Telegram etc.)
• Develop innovative brand campaign in line with the business objectives & strategies
• Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
• Conduct market research & analysis to evaluate product offerings, brand awareness, competition & potential competitors as well as to identify target audience preferences and trends in each market
• Agile & ever ready to adapt & pivot to the latest trends & tools
• Establish a market presence & ensure success of Kickstarter campaigns
• Stay abreast of emerging tools and platforms, marketing trends, and new technologies
• Help position product offerings & create a relevant integrated marketing mix
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create new, to expand or develop & improve upon existing marketing strategies i.e. retention campaigns & programmes
• Always ensuring brand equity & guidelines are upheld in all communications
• Handle & work within a significant budget
