Plan, create, and manage social media content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Develop recruitment-focused content to attract candidates and employer (job ads, video reels, promotional campaigns).
Create marketing visuals, simple graphics, and short videos using Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
Manage posting schedules and maintain a consistent content calendar.
Monitor social media performance insights and optimise strategies to increase reach and engagement.
Assist in running paid ads (FB Ads/TikTok Ads) for recruitment campaigns
Respond to basic inquiries and direct leads/candidates to the recruitment team.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content creation.
Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement strategies.
Design and video editing skills.
Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
