Kelayakan

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, including but not limited to Marketing, Mass Communication, Creative Arts, or STEM-related disciplines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin
• Familiar with script writing, shooting, and video editing
• Ability to interpret and analyze advertising performance data (CTR, CPM, ROAS) and optimize creative content accordingly

This is a role for someone passionate about content creation, with creative thinking, and eager to engage in the social media sphere. You will be directly involved in video shooting, scriptwriting, influencer collaborations, and cross-platform content production, gaining valuable experience through practice and having the opportunity to grow into a professional digital marketing talent.
Your Responsibilities

• Video and Image Content Creation: Shoot product or lifestyle short videos, using tools like CapCut and Canva for basic editing and visual processing.
• Scriptwriting and Storyboarding: Write concise, impactful, and engaging scripts and copy, balancing creativity and expression.
• Influencer and KOC Collaboration: Identify and connect with influencers and Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) to drive collaboration and content production.
• Social Media Content Production: Prepare content materials for platforms such as Facebook, Xiaohongshu, and Instagram to support promotional campaigns.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with brand managers, designers, and product teams to ensure the smooth execution of content and campaigns.
• Ad Placement and Data Analysis: Independently operate FB / TikTok Ads Manager to conduct ad placements, manage budgets, and optimize content and campaign performance based on data.
