Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement across various platforms on Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram. Create compelling content for graphics, videos, and other multimedia materials. Create effective social media campaigns to generate quality leads. Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audience's behaviors through A/B testing and data analysis. Apply advertising techniques to boost brand awareness and readership, such as traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Test, measure, analyze, and optimize the performance of search, social, content to boost customer engagement and conversions, and lower cost of customer acquisition. Conduct competitor analysis and study market trends to develop digital marketing strategies. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platforms. Support occasional after-hours preview sessions or events. Carry out, as and when required, any additional tasks and responsibilities which are reasonably compatible with this job description and objectives.

Job Requirements:

Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate in Marketing or related disciplines. Proven work experience in social media copywriting and/or digital marketing with more than 2 years of professional experience and solid portfolio of work. Experience in entrepreneurship or related field will be an added advantage. Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides. Hands-on experience using various social media platforms and familiar with online paid advertising. Excellent communication and writing skills for Chinese content. Keen eye for detail and great design. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines.
