Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, website, and e-commerce platforms.
Create engaging content (text, images, video) suitable for multiple channels.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and optimize for ROI.
Manage social media accounts, respond to customer inquiries, and maintain online brand presence.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align digital campaigns with business goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
Support online promotions, e-commerce activities, and digital product launches.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG or food industry.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu, English, or Mandarin.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and digital analytics tools.
Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, video editing, etc.) is an advantage.
Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
