The Digital Marketer will develop, implement, and manage effective digital marketing strategies to promote El Rahah's services, increase brand awareness, and engage our target audience, focusing especially on Muslimah hair care. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and the ability to stay on top of digital marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy and Planning
Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns tailored to boost El Rahah's brand visibility.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and current trends to optimize marketing strategies.
2. Social Media Management
Oversee and manage El Rahah's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), ensuring consistent, engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
Interact with followers, respond to comments and inquiries, and build an online community.
3. Paid Advertising
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads) to promote specific services or salon offers.
Analyze ad performance, generate reports, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
4. Content Marketing
Create relevant content (blogs, articles, short videos) to enhance brand awareness and educate customers on Muslimah hair care.
Develop creative ad copy and visuals that align with El Rahah's brand identity.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting
Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Provide weekly or monthly reports on digital marketing performance, focusing on key metrics and ROI.
6. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Implement SEO strategies to improve the salon's website ranking on search engines.
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to drive organic traffic.
7. Email Marketing
Manage and grow the salon's email subscriber list, sending promotions, salon updates, and hair care tips to enhance customer engagement.
Create appealing email marketing campaigns to boost customer retention and increase sales.
8. Seasonal Campaigns
Plan and execute marketing campaigns for special occasions, such as holidays or salon anniversaries, to attract more clients.
9. Trend Awareness
Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to keep El Rahah relevant and competitive.
10. Website Management
Oversee the salon's website in collaboration with the IT team to ensure it's user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for customer engagement and SEO.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in digital marketing, especially for service-based businesses.
Proficiency in social media management, paid advertising, and SEO.
Strong content creation skills and understanding of target audience needs.
Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies to achieve marketing goals.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
