  • A bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, online advertising, and social media management. Prior experience with SEO, SEM, and email marketing is desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in using various digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and marketing automation platforms is advantageous.
  • Strong creative thinking and content creation skills to develop engaging digital campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously.
  • A willingness to stay updated with industry changes and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company\'s overall marketing objectives.
  • Create compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, blogs, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Manage online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, display ads, and other paid channels.
  • Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Develop email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and promote new products or services.
  • Utilize web analytics tools to measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns and generate actionable insights. Prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of strategies and recommend improvements.
  • Implement CRO strategies to improve website usability and increase the conversion rate of online visitors to customers.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency in campaign execution and lead nurturing.
  • Collaborate with web developers and designers to maintain and update the company website regularly.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing techniques to remain competitive.
