Job Summary



The Digital Marketer is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing initiatives across

all brands under the Kopatha Group of Companies

, including but not limited to jewellery, bullion, silver, and F&B businesses. This role supports brand growth, customer engagement, and sales performance through effective digital strategies aligned with the Group's objectives.

Key Responsibilities



Group-Level Digital Marketing



Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across all Kopatha Group brands in alignment with business and branding strategies. Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all digital platforms.

Social Media & Online Presence



Manage and monitor social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) for multiple brands. Coordinate content calendars, postings, and audience engagement across platforms.

Content & Campaign Execution



Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, social media hosts, and agencies to develop digital content. Execute online promotions, product launches, festive campaigns, and brand initiatives.

Digital Advertising & Analytics



Manage and optimise paid digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads). Track campaign performance, analyse data, and prepare regular performance reports.

Market Intelligence



Monitor digital trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement. Recommend strategies to enhance reach, engagement, and conversion.

Collaboration & Compliance



Collaborate with internal departments including Operations, Sales, and HR to support marketing initiatives. Ensure compliance with Company policies, branding guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications



Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience in digital marketing or social media management is preferred. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and advertising platforms. Strong communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia and/or Tamil. Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
