This is what we require from you

• Less than 2 years of PROVEN experience in media buying and paid advertising (Facebook, Instagram and TikTok Ads)
• Highly committed, Self-Starter with a Growth Mindset.
• You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
• Good working attitude, pleasant personality, and ability to meet the assigned deadline
• Ability to manage multiple tasks & projects at once.
• A driven, proactive individual interested in self-improvement, reading books, consuming content, and aiming to become the better version of yourself
• Experience growing an eCommerce Brand (Bonus)
• Experience being in an Agency (Bonus)

Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities

• Testing, Optimizing and Scaling Clients FB & TikTok Ad Account
• Managing data analytic tools such as Google Analytic, Google Data Studio etc
• Communicate with Creative Strategist
• Track benchmark of winning ad content
• Execute KPI reporting
• Analyze Creative and Ad
• Create Ad Copy
• Assist client in business manager setup
• Avatar and Angle Development
• Avatar and Angle Tracking
• Customer Research and Set Ad Direction
• Do hook copywriting client's ad content
• Being able to take the initiative to strategize creative marketing campaign is huge bonus
