Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different teams.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on sales-driven initiatives will be advantage.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the Malaysian market and consumer behavior is a plus.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online sales and customer acquisition.
  • Identify target audiences, conduct market research, and analyze competitor activities to optimize marketing efforts.
Online Campaigns:
  • Plan and implement online advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media channels.
  • Create compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing pages to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
  • Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improved visibility.
Email Marketing:
  • Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products, and drive repeat purchases.
  • Segment email lists and personalize content to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
Social Media Marketing:
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to build brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Monitor social media trends and respond to customer inquiries or feedback promptly.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement in the conversion funnel.
  • Implement CRO strategies to enhance website performance and increase conversion rates.
Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track, measure, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Generate regular reports on digital marketing performance and present insights to stakeholders.
Sales Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
  • Provide sales enablement materials and support for the sales team.
