This job is for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will develop social media content plans, manage social media platforms, and analyze trends for new marketing opportunities. • Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company\'s brand identity.
• Work closely with the marketing team to plan, create, execute and analyse digital campaigns in line with all marketing strategies.
• Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
• Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
• Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
• Developing and managing social influences programs and attending social influencer events.
• Manage social media platform e.g. Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube, Xiao Hong Shu and responsible for social media platform growth.
• Conduct market research and analyze social media trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Plan an organization\'s strategy around marketing, advertising and finding new leads on how to increase followers and evaluate the effectiveness of the strategy.
• Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
• Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
• Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
• Perform ad-hoc duties related to marketing as needed.
