• Bachelor\'s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Media, Communications, or any related field
• Minimum three (3) years\' experience in social media & digital marketing
• Proficient in content creation and paid marketing
• Experienced in Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google tag manager etc.
• Proficient in using social media platforms & up-to date in latest social media trends
• Extremely organized and have time management skills
• Positive outlook and willingness to learn
• Highly motivated, independent, dedicated and a strong team player
• Languages required: English, Mandarin
• Good communication skills both written & verbal

Tanggungjawab

• Plan, execute and optimise digital advertising strategies including SEO, SEM, website, e-comm, social media, email, etc. to increase conversion, revenue, and profitability
• Set up and management of digital media campaign for brands across multiple channels and traffic sources
• Measure, analyse and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance to maximise return on investment
• Plan & execute engaging social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Red (XHS), You-tube etc.
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
• Work closely with the sales & marketing team and external agencies to align digital campaigns with new launches and promotions
