Job Responsibility Manage day-to-day activities on social media channels, including posting updates, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring discussions. Producing useful & creative graphic and video content to be posted online, in-store banner, poster, and etc. Plan, curate, coordinate, and execute the content across all social media platforms, advertisement, google business. Assist in scheduling live broadcast, live streaming when required. Assist and plan in any kind of company activities as well as both online + offline events. Work closely with the marketing department and support all marketing needs & initiative for the organization. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives on a timely manner; follow up to ensure resolution. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, live chat, or phone. Assist customers with product selection, order-related issues, and general inquiries. To monitor and liaise with marketplace third party partners, ensuring all complaints and queries are responded on time. Job Requirements This position is responsible for managing and overseeing an organization\'s presence on various social media platforms. This role typically involves creating and curating engaging content, developing social media strategies, analysing data and metrics, and interacting with the audience to build brand awareness and drive engagement. Requirements A bachelor s degree or Diploma, in Mass Communication, Marketing, e-commerce or similar fields. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Up to date on the latest trends and innovations in social media and digital marketing. Multi-tasking, resourceful and able to work independently. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
