We are a growing business in the skincare, haircare, and food industry. Looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to expand our online presence and drive sales across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
At least 1 year experience in Content Creation & Writings in Social Media Marketing, Branding, Online Marketing, E-Commerce platform development strategies and SEO.
Responsible for Videographing, Photographing, Videoshoot, Photoshoot, Create, Editing, publishing, maintaining & Managing contents for Social Media Platforms.
Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Manage paid ads (TikTok Ads, GMV, Meta Ads, etc.) to achieve sales and engagement targets.
Create engaging content (videos, captions, visuals) tailored to each platform.
Write content related to current hot topics to create trending discussions, enhancing fan engagement and platform interactivity.
Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance; suggest improvements.
Manage online store campaigns and promotions (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
Collaborate with live hosts, influencers, and affiliates to boost brand awareness.
Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Always ensure all the accounts remain active and influential.
Always ensure all the accounts postings abide the platform's rules & regulations.
Jovial in interacting with users, buyers and clients on the company's social media and marketing platforms.
Jovial in interacting among colleagues & Management.
Strong communication, organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset, able to work effectively under pressure.
Familiar with store advertising campaigns, controlling ad spending and improving ad ROI and familiar with all Social Media Platform Rules & Guidelines in order to avoid Violations and Suspension.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in digital marketing / social media management.
Hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook ads.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) is ultimate.
Strong creative skills in video/photo editing and copywriting.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
Salary Range:
RM2,000 - RM3,500 (depending on experience) + performance
