Job Description

We're looking for a

creative, data-driven Digital Marketer

who's passionate about growing brands through

TikTok, Shopee, Facebook, and Instagram.

You'll play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive engagement, awareness, and sales for our fast-growing brands.

Key Responsibilities

TikTok

Plan and manage daily TikTok content strategy (UGC, ads, and live campaigns) Run

TikTok Ads Manager

-- create, monitor, and optimize campaigns Collaborate with creators, hosts, and influencers to boost product visibility Track video performance, engagement rate, and conversion data

Shopee

Manage

Shopee Ads (Search, Discovery, Targeted)

for best ROI Optimize product listings -- titles, descriptions, and keywords for SEO Plan promotions for campaign days (11.11, Payday Sale, etc.) Track sales performance, conversion rate, and prepare weekly reports

Facebook & Instagram

Plan, create, and manage ads via

Meta Ads Manager

Run A/B testing for creatives, copy, and audience targeting Grow organic engagement through regular posting and story updates Manage retargeting campaigns using Pixel & audience data

Analytics & Strategy

Monitor campaign performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS, GMV, etc.) Identify new marketing trends and competitor strategies Work closely with design & content teams to produce strong visuals and copy

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 1-3 years experience in

digital marketing or e-commerce

Strong understanding of

TikTok Ads Manager, Shopee Ads, and Meta Ads

Analytical, creative, and result-oriented personality Able to manage multiple campaigns independently

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

Experience with

Canva, Photoshop, or CapCut

Familiar with

TikTok content creation or UGC style

Basic knowledge of SEO or affiliate marketing Experience using

Email Marketing Campaigns

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
