- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, website, etc.).
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive ideas
- Strong interest in digital marketing and administrative support.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, SEO tools, social media management tools) is a plus.
- Support the maintenance of the company's website, ensuring content is current and optimized for SEO.
- Advising managers and clients on strategies and campaigns to reach target markets, creating consumer awareness and effectively promoting the attributes of goods and services;
- Collecting and analyzing data regarding consumer patterns and preferences;
- Researching potential demand and market characteristics for new goods and services;
- Advising on all elements of marketing such as product mix, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, selling and distribution channels.
