Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this is a role for a marketer who is a leader in their field. About the Digital Marketing, Assistant Manager (B2B) Role:
This role will be reporting to the Marketing Manager. The candidate will be required to have good knowledge and skills to develop and implement digital marketing plans for supporting the company\'s go-to-market strategies. The role is strategic and key to accelerating business productivity and market penetration through a winning digital marketing strategy and transformation of the business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing plans to support the company\'s go-to-market strategies in Singapore and Malaysia
  • Develop and implement customer marketing and corporate marketing communication plans to support category development strategies
  • Drive global and local transformation projects to accelerate readiness of e-business, including e-shop, content management, database management, etc.
  • Manage day-to-day development of company websites to ensure contents are scheduled and updated effectively i.e. corporate website, webshops, and digital campaigns
  • Monitor, measure, and track all relevant digital platforms\' performance (e.g. google analytics and AdWords) to ensure effectiveness of the tool used to meet the marketing KPIs and objectives
  • Manage and utilise digital budget effectively to achieve maximum ROI
  • Actively engage and improvise SEO optimisation, PPC, Marketing Generation tools (Trovus) and other digital marketing tools to meet company expectations
  • Pick up new activities that fall broadly in the purpose of the role
To succeed in this Digital Marketing, Assistant Manager job, you will need to be experienced in Google Analytics, and have basic knowledge and know-how for SEO and SEM. Key Requirements:
  • Ability to develop overall business strategy and plans
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and presentation skills
  • The intellectual rigour and insight to be credible with a highly intelligent and experienced group of partners
