We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated
Digital Marketing Assistant Manager
to lead our digital marketing initiatives and elevate our brand's presence across all key platforms. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, making it ideal for a candidate who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment--especially within the F&B or lifestyle space. As the Digital Marketing Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital campaigns, while guiding a small team and supporting broader marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support brand awareness, engagement, and conversion goals
Lead content planning and oversee the production of high-quality digital assets including visuals, short-form videos, and written content
Manage the brand's presence on Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), ensuring platform-specific content and engagement
Plan and execute paid media campaigns across social and digital platforms, including performance tracking and reporting
Work closely with the broader marketing team on product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand activations
Manage digital budgets, content calendars, and timelines, ensuring timely and on-brand execution
Coordinate with external partners such as agencies, creatives, and vendors
Mentor and support junior marketing team members, offering guidance and oversight on content quality and digital best practices
Stay updated on digital trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to inform strategies
Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in the F&B or lifestyle industries
Strong familiarity and fluency with social media platforms, particularly
Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book)
Demonstrated experience in developing and managing digital content and campaigns
Proficient in creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, InShot, and marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage
A proactive, collaborative mindset with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the team
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in influencer and KOL marketing, social media advertising, and CRM tools
Previous experience in a fast-paced or multi-brand F&B marketing environment
Ability to contribute creatively to campaign ideation and storytelling
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
