• Have specific knowledge in TikTok Marketing, LinkedIn Marketing, Twitter Marketing, Google Ads, and Social Media Calendar (Content, ads, schedule & report)
• Possesses a creative mindset and passion for digital marketing
• Able to think analytically and resolve issues

Tanggungjawab

• Monitoring and providing advice on the performance of digital marketing campaigns on platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
• Staying up to date with marketing industry trends and best practices.
• Providing director/clients with information about new promotional opportunities and the progress of current campaigns.
• Acting as a spokesperson for the company\'s brand, in collaboration with the director.
• Collaborating with internal teams to plan and create marketing materials such as direct response copywriting, landing pages, social media content, ad copy, etc.
• Understanding clients\' needs and conducting research & analysis to identify marketing weaknesses that the client needs to enhance.
• Supporting the director and communicating with clients by explaining the marketing solutions that we can provide for them.
• Preparing proposals for clients based on their company needs, including digital monthly planners, marketing objectives, target audience selection, time selection, platform selection, etc.
• Supporting the director for client engagement, service, and education.
• Being responsible for product development, problem-solving, and project management.
• Managing and preventing reputational risks to the company brand.
• Researching and analyzing competitor advertising strategies.
