Requirements
Location: Kelana Jaya, Selangor
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Full-time / Contract
Requirements:
- Proficient in Mandarin Chinese, with basic English communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred
- Patient and detail-oriented (suitable for customer service)
- Interest in e-commerce, live streaming, and health products is a plus
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with preparations before live streaming events
- Assist the host in product display during live streaming
- Respond to customer inquiries after live streaming (regarding products, prices, logistics, after-sales service, etc.)
- Handle customer inquiries on Webstore and WhatsApp
- Assist customers with placing orders and follow up on order progress
- Collect and report customer feedback
