Job Description

A. Digital Marketing

Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google. Develop monthly content calendars aligned with clinic promotions and treatment goals. Manage social media postings, community engagement, and respond to inquiries professionally. Optimize digital ads to increase lead generation and reduce cost per acquisition. Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion).

B. Graphic Design & Creative Production

Design marketing materials: posters, brochures, digital ads, social media layouts, website banners, and clinic visual assets. Produce high-quality video content, including treatment videos, testimonials, and TikTok/Reels. Ensure branding visual consistency across all platforms. Edit before-and-after photos professionally while maintaining compliance with aesthetic industry standards.

C. Branding & Content Development

Create engaging content that educates clients on aesthetic treatments, skincare, and clinic services. Collaborate with doctors and clinic teams to highlight treatment excellence and client transformation. Support all marketing activities during campaigns, roadshows, and clinic events.

D. Market & Competitive Insights

Monitor digital trends and competitors' marketing strategies. Recommend strategic improvements to strengthen clinic positioning and patient retention.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or related field. At least

1-3 years

experience in digital marketing and/or graphic design (preferably in beauty/aesthetic/healthcare). Proficient in

Canva/Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/CapCut

. Strong understanding of social media algorithms and paid advertising. Creative mindset with strong copywriting skills. Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and generate ideas aligned with clinic branding. Passion for the beauty & aesthetics industry.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
