Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, and ideally Reddit Ads.
Strong analytical skills: able to read campaign data, spot trends, and optimize ads for maximum ROI.
Comfortable with ad tracking, performance reporting, and A/B testing.
Experience with video shooting and editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, etc).
Skills in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Familiarity with social media algorithms, trends, and Gen Z culture.
Creative, witty, and confident in making bold, funny, or meme-based content.
English and Mandarin proficiency.
Fresh graduates welcome, but experience in ad optimization is a huge plus.
Bonus points if:
You have your own TikTok, meme page, or have experience creating viral content.
You have managed ad budgets and can share stats on cost per lead, ROAS, CTR improvements, etc.
