Job Responsibility Boost online sales - Collaborate with the manager to formulate and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Manage social media content - Platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, including daily updates and postings to engage and grow the audience. Customer services -processing orders and coordinating with the warehouse, managing social media content, and handling customer orders while maintaining a customer database for follow-up. Managing Ads - analyses sales, traffic, CTR and prepare reports as when manager requires. Job Requirements Required language(s): Mandarin. Bahasa Malaysia & English will be an added advantage. SPM and above; Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Highly motivated and fast learner needed Capable of planning, organizing, coordinating, and executing tasks Team player, self-motivated, and result-oriented with a strong desire to succeed Creative and able to work on multiple tasks concurrently Work in Johor Bahru, Eco Palladium Malaysian citizenship required.
