Job Description


Job Responsibility Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company\'s overall marketing objectives. Create compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, blogs, and email marketing campaigns. Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic. Manage online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, display ads, and other paid channels. Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth. Develop email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and promote new products or services. Utilize web analytics tools to measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns and generate actionable insights. Prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of strategies and recommend improvements. Implement CRO strategies to improve website usability and increase the conversion rate of online visitors to customers. Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency in campaign execution and lead nurturing. Collaborate with web developers and designers to maintain and update the company website regularly. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing techniques to remain competitive. Job Requirements A bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in digital marketing, online advertising, and social media management. Prior experience with SEO, SEM, and email marketing is desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with diverse audiences. Proficiency in using various digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and marketing automation platforms is advantageous. Strong creative thinking and content creation skills to develop engaging digital campaigns. Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts. Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously. A willingness to stay updated with industry changes and adapt strategies accordingly.
