Overview
You'll be the architect of our marketing system: connecting our banking core, CRM, website and email into one seamless client experience. This is not a cushy corporate role. You'll be hands-on, building from scratch! Workflows, dashboards, automations and all the data that powers a modern private bank experience.
What you'll do
Connect our core platform (Mambu) with CRM + marketing tools (HubSpot / Salesforce / Mailchimp / WhatsApp API)
Build and refine data flows and simple automation journeys
Maintain contact lists, consent records and campaign dashboards
Work closely with IT, Compliance and Marketing on secure client comms
Turn insights into actions - reports, dashboards, optimisations
You'll fit right in if you
Have 3-5 years in CRM / marketing ops / MarTech
Can figure out APIs & data flows even if you're not a coder
Care about clean data and great UX

Salary Range: RM 7,000 - 10,000 per month
Fluent in English is a must. Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia are a plus.
